Job Summary :
We are seeking a Manager / Assistant Manager to oversee proposal coordination, client relationship management, and revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless post-sales processes, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Proposal Coordination
- Prepare and share detailed proposals based on client requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to facilitate quicker decision-making and deal closure.
2. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for post-sales interactions.Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.3. Renewals, Upselling & Cross-Selling
Track and ensure timely contract renewals to maintain business continuity.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs.Requirements :
Proven experience in sales, account management, or client servicing.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze client needs and provide strategic business solutions.Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) and Microsoft Office.A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
