Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef for our upcoming Cafe. The candidate should be trained as a Continental chef capable of managing a diverse cafe menu that includes sandwiches, grills, pizzas, pastas, salads, waffles, crepes, pancakes, eggs etc

The Commis Chef will be responsible for day-to-day food preparation, assisting with cooking, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring dishes meet the quality standards. The role involves working closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth kitchen operation and delivering excellent culinary experiences to our guests.

Qualifications

• Cuisine : Continental and Modern Cafe
• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Strong Culinary Skills
• Knowledge of Hygiene and Kitchen Safety protocols
• Minimum Experience - 2 years
• Effective Communication skills
• Relevant culinary certifications or training are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
