📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Python / AWS engineers developing automation bots, analytics pipelines, and client-facing services.
- Oversee development efforts across system maintenance, feature enhancements, and infrastructure improvements.
- Act as the primary bridge between engineering, stakeholders, and leadership—translating business requirements into actionable technical plans.
- Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful on-time delivery.
- Drive Agile / Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Monitor system reliability, test coverage, and deployment pipelines, ensuring adherence to CI / CD and cloud-native best practices.
- Support design discussions focused on distributed, event-driven architectures.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular, clear reporting on project progress, resource allocation, and outcomes to leadership.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Manager in cloud-based software development.Strong knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS) and event-driven architectures.Familiarity with Python-based development workflows (ability to engage technically is a plus).Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban).Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.Skilled at translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.Experience managing infrastructure projects using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
