About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. The TPM will work closely with engineering, product, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes in terms of timeline, scope, and Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project management for technical initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, QA, product managers, and business stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers; implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos (if Agile / Scrum is used).
• Ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization regarding project status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to track progress and generate reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and practices.
• Coordinate vendor management or third-party integrations, as :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps principles.
• Proficiency with Agile / Scrum or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
