Job Description :
- Minimum 5 Years of experience.
- Good Hands-on experience in D365 online (Customization & Configuration).
- Candidate should have experience in Power Automate, Azure Function, Azure Web App etc.
- Candidate should have good experience in data migration.
- Candidate should have good experience in implementing Inbound and Outbound integration with MSD CRM.
- Good debugging and problem resolving skills.
- Candidate should have good experience in sales, marketing, and customer service module of CRM.
- Experience in field Service, certifications in CRM are added advantages.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects at the same time.
- Minimum 7 Years of experience.
- Sound knowledge in sales, customer service, marketing, and field service modules of CRM.
- Experience minimum 3-4 end to end implementation.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Certification in CRM is an added advantage.
