Job Description :

• Minimum 5 Years of experience.
• Good Hands-on experience in D365 online (Customization & Configuration).
• Candidate should have experience in Power Automate, Azure Function, Azure Web App etc.
• Candidate should have good experience in data migration.
• Candidate should have good experience in implementing Inbound and Outbound integration with MSD CRM.
• Good debugging and problem resolving skills.
• Candidate should have good experience in sales, marketing, and customer service module of CRM.
• Experience in field Service, certifications in CRM are added advantages.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects at the same time.
• Minimum 7 Years of experience.
• Sound knowledge in sales, customer service, marketing, and field service modules of CRM.
• Experience minimum 3-4 end to end implementation.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Certification in CRM is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects at the same time.
• Minimum 10 Years of experience.
• Sound knowledge in sales, customer service, marketing, and field service modules of CRM.
