Key Responsibilities
- Client onboarding & experience : Drive end-to-end client onboarding by conducting product demos, overseeing account setup, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience.
- Client relationship management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, offering strategic guidance, and escalating critical matters when required.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Partner with internal teams to facilitate new feature rollouts, capture and share client feedback, and support pilot projects and strategic initiatives.
- CRM & account oversight : Manage CRM operations to maintain accurate data, generate meaningful reports, and monitor client subscriptions, renewals, and usage trends.
- Retention & growth strategy : Design and implement client success initiatives, including periodic check-ins, business reviews, and identifying opportunities for upselling and account expansion.
