Achieve the MoM Business targets (NTB, NSR, FX, Trade & Renewals for ETB clients) as per the Performance scorecard.
Ensure that all new client on boarding is done in adherence to the parameters which are released by the products Team.
Optimise Cross-sell.

Achieve MOM Business targets as per Performance scorecard
Risk Management
Follow all policies and procedures that are laid down by the Bank / Business and ensure that there are no operating losses / Frauds.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer instructions
Complete all customer service keeping in mind the ML and KYC norms
Governance
Improvement in Straight to bank penetration
Improvement in client retention.
Completion of all RFI Alerts and DRR alerts as per timeline set.
Certifications completed as per AMFI and IRDA.
No overdue E- learnings.
No non-compliance on FCRMP, ABC, AML & CDD standards.
No complaints from customers due to lapse from the Bank's side
NIL instances for Fraud Risk Management (FRM).
Complaints / sales errors / cancellations completed within the benchmark as required.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
