We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Investment Manager who can manage our investments, oversee business activities, and build strong connections with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through business planning, investment management, and relationship building. This role requires a strong business mindset, the ability to analyze opportunities, and the expertise to connect HNIs for investments into the company’s properties and products.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee company investments and ensure proper monitoring of business activities.

Develop business management goals and objectives to drive growth.

Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.

Ensure adequate and suitable resources for smooth execution of company activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, and business partners.

Create and structure deal criteria, templates, and forms for investments.

Gather, analyze, and interpret business, financial, and market data to prepare reports.

Represent the company at events, conferences, and business meetings.

Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports by collecting financial and operational data.
