Role : Salesforce Bot Conversation Designer
Location : Hyderabad (5 days Work from office)
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days
Responsibilities
- Design intents, dialogs, and escalation triggers for Einstein chatbot and Agentforce interactions.
- Develop conversational flows that align with user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, set up guardrails and user scenarios.
- Create and refine dialogue scripts to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement.
- Integrate NLP capabilities to enhance chatbot understanding and responses.
- Test and iterate on conversations to optimize user experience and accuracy.
- Ensure escalation triggers are configured for seamless handoffs to human agents when needed.

Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and best practices.Salesforce Agentforce for designing AI agents for service.Einstein Bot Studio for designing and configuring chatbots.UX writing principles for conversational interfaces.Expertise in conversation design and user-centric interaction flows.Ability to analyze user behavior and feedback to refine conversations.Experience with Salesforce flows, permission sets and sharing rulesCollaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and product managers.
