Description :

  • Enhancing Salesforce solutions by supporting and sometimes leading the development and optimization of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Implementing best-in-class configuration, customization, and development standards.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce technical solutions, including APEX, Lightning Web Components, middleware, and data warehouse integrations.
  • Acting as an SME for Salesforce solution integrations and owning the design and flow of integration data between platforms.
  • Supporting solution design to deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Mentoring and developing junior Salesforce team members to foster technical growth.
  • Engaging and communicating effectively with Director and Executive-level stakeholders, both on business and technical sides.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS Requirements :

  • Experience in systems audits, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
  • Ability to create functional and technical design documentation.
  • Experience in creating data architecture and entity relationship diagrams.
  • Ability to create end-user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and support UAT processes.
  • Creation of end-user support and training materials.

    • Technical Requirements :

  • Understanding of Sales and Customer Service processes.
  • Experience customizing, configuring, and developing Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
  • Expertise in building apps and automation within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using custom objects, process automation, and the Lightning experience.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with data warehouses and other systems.
  • Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Heroku, Mulesoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
  • Knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs, OAuth, and authentication protocols for secure integrations (desirable).
  • Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing Lightning Web Components (desirable).
  • Understanding of SQL (desirable).
  • Salesforce certifications are required.

    • General Skillset :

  • Comfortable delivering technical demonstrations to stakeholders.
  • Experience working on accounts with sizeable budgets and multiple markets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to work at pace with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

    • Desirable Skills :

  • Passion for sports.
