Job Dimensions : (role and responsibilities) : Provide ongoing strategic advice to clients on the use of transactional risk and transaction insurance solutions in M&A deals to achieve commercial objectives

• Assume a critical project management role, coordinating various work streams and advisors

• Bachelor qualification with background in Law
