Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Merchandiser. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day merchandising operations, managing customer relationships, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. The role involves maintaining seamless communication within teams and with clients while continually identifying trends, analyzing sales data, and implementing plans to maximize profitability.

• Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desired.
