Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Maintenance Supervisor, based in Pune with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations, ensure equipment functionality, and manage preventive maintenance schedules. The role includes supervising maintenance teams, addressing equipment repairs, and troubleshooting to maintain the integrity of the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and coordinate maintenance teams and workflows
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair practices
• Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues through effective Troubleshooting
• Experience in maintaining compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field is preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
