Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Program Coordination

1. Identify unique CSR projects based on the specific needs of the community and ensure project proposal drafting, report writing and other project documentation.

2. Oversee and manage implementation of CSR projects as decided with the management.

3. Coordinate with internal teams, field staff, and partner organizations for smooth execution

1. Manage the implementation of projects being executed.

2. Ensure all project activities are executed as per the plan.

1. Build and maintain relationships with Corporate partners, CSR bodies, government departments, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners.

2. Organize and participate in regular review meetings, updates, and site visits with key stakeholders.

1. Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.

2. Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.

1. Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.

2. Organize and lead meetings to discuss project progress and issues.

1. Maintain all project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and project plans.

2. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

1. Assist in managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

2. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure resource availability and allocation.

1. Ensure all project deliverables meet the defined quality standards.

2. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS :

JOB LOCATION : KJIT Campus, Opp. I.T.I, Savli 391770 Dist. Vadodara, Gujarat [Approx. 30 kms from Vadodara City]

SALARY RANGE : 5 lacs to 6 lacs per annum + Allowances.

We may offer higher package to qualified
