We’re looking for an experienced React Lead / Frontend Technical Lead to drive architecture, design, and development for modern web applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of React developers, define best practices, review code, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend solutions.
🔹 Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of React developers.
- Own frontend architecture, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Manage branching strategies, build pipelines, and deployments.
- Collaborate with design, backend, and DevOps teams.
- Implement testing strategies (unit, integration, UI).
- Build responsive UIs using MUI / Tailwind CSS and TypeScript .
