Position : Senior Business Analyst – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid Model – 3 days / week from office)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital customer platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, driving impactful implementation projects across CDP, CRM, and AEM in an Agile / SAFe environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product Owners to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for :
Customer journeys and personalization
Portal features and self-service capabilities
Integrations with backend systems (CRM, CDP, APIs, etc.)
Create clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes.
Collaborate with UX / UI teams to validate and optimize customer experience designs.
Work with AEM architects and developers to ensure solutions align with platform best practices.
Define MVPs, product backlogs, and roadmaps in collaboration with product owners and delivery leads.
Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify risks, dependencies, and requirement gaps early in the lifecycle.
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years as a Business Analyst in digital platforms or customer-facing applications.
Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience delivering end-to-end portal / website projects (authentication, personalization, self-service).
Ability to produce high-quality documentation : user stories, process diagrams, wireframes, acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills; proven ability to run workshops and requirement sessions.
Hands-on knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
Exposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDPs, e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud), CRM systems (Salesforce), ServiceNow, or APIs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2C or B2B customer portals.
Familiarity with AEM integrations (CRM, eCommerce, customer identity platforms).
Adobe certifications / training in AEM or Experience Cloud products.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
