The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Primary responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leadership, central HR functions to drive / implement business specific intervention.
- Drive HR interventions and create policy / process awareness
- Manage end to end performance management cycle, PIP , Appeals.
- Responsible for rich onboarding experience of employees , new joiner connect and hand holding
- Support in driving closure for new joiner documentation, BGV, KYC in coordination with central ops.
- Conduction employee engagement initiatives, fun at work activities for stakeholders in business and location.
- Manager operations like F&F preparation, exit management, clearances, data management.
- Manage grievances and employee queries, also take initiatives to reduce queries and enhance experience / awareness.
- Engage with leaders and enhance connect sessions with business team members.
- Coordinate within People & Culture teams for effective delivery to stakeholders.
Qualifications
MBA in Human Resources from tier I / 2 college
