Job descriptionCreate motion graphics, animated ads, and short-form videos for campaigns and social media. Design intro / outro sequences, animated logos, and transitions for video content. Work closely with the video team to integrate graphics and enhance storytelling through movement and visual flow. Edit marketing videos, product demos, testimonials, and promotional reels for social media and ad campaigns. Add sound effects, music, text overlays, and visual effects to elevate content quality. Maintain brand tone and ensure videos are optimized for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Work with digital strategists and copywriters to align visuals with campaign goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing strategies. Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines while maintaining quality. Use Figma to design and prototype user interfaces, landing pages, and web assets. Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect design implementation. Maintain and organize design systems, ensuring brand consistency across digital assets. Minimum 6 years of proven experience in creative design, motion graphics, and video editing (preferably in a digital marketing agency). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Hands-on experience with Figma for UI / UX and collaborative design projects. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and layout principles . Excellent communication, time management, and creative problem-solving skills. - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual outputs .
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for digital performance.
