Are you a creative storyteller with an eye for design and a passion for crafting visual experiences that stand out

We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer skilled in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing to join our dynamic team in Mysore . You'll play a key role in bringing our clients' brands to life through impactful visuals and digital campaigns.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design

  • Conceptualize and design engaging digital creatives, social media posts, infographics, and marketing collaterals .
  • Develop visually consistent brand identities across platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual outputs .
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for digital performance.

2 .  Motion Graphics & Animation

  • Create motion graphics, animated ads, and short-form videos for campaigns and social media.
  • Design intro / outro sequences, animated logos, and transitions for video content.
  • Work closely with the video team to integrate graphics and enhance storytelling through movement and visual flow.

    • 3. Video Editing

  • Edit marketing videos, product demos, testimonials, and promotional reels for social media and ad campaigns.
  • Add sound effects, music, text overlays, and visual effects to elevate content quality.
  • Maintain brand tone and ensure videos are optimized for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

    • 4. Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work with digital strategists and copywriters to align visuals with campaign goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines while maintaining quality.

    • 5. UI / UX & Design Systems (Figma Experience)

  • Use Figma to design and prototype user interfaces, landing pages, and web assets.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect design implementation.
  • Maintain and organize design systems, ensuring brand consistency across digital assets.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of proven experience in creative design, motion graphics, and video editing (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Hands-on experience with Figma for UI / UX and collaborative design projects.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and layout principles .
  • Excellent communication, time management, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to join immediately and work on-site in Mysore .
