Job Description :

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in selling AI-based solutions, chatbots, automation, and IT services.

The candidate should be able to identify new business opportunities, engage with senior decision-makers, and drive revenue growth in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate new business opportunities in AI bots, chatbots, and automation solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and engage with CXOs, CTOs, and business leaders to drive consultative sales.
• Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
• Work closely with Pre-Sales and Technical Teams to create tailored proposals and POCs.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at client meetings, webinars, and industry events.
