PMO Projects & Business Transformation
Location :
Mumbai, India (with flexibility across major metros : Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore)
About the Role :
This role is designed for a seasoned professional with experience in business transformation projects , especially in the IT hardware distribution industry . The incumbent will work cross-functionally with commercial teams, global PMOs, and technology stakeholders to drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy , implement agile methodologies, and manage end-to-end transformation initiatives at both country and global levels.
You will be working on projects related to new product introduction , digital enablement , and enterprise process improvements , supporting functions such as GTM, Digi Ops, Credit, CBO, and Cloud.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Transformation & PMO Leadership (India & Global)
- Lead and manage multiple strategic and tactical transformation projects across business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define requirements, timelines, SLAs, and deliverables.
- Align country-specific goals with regional / global transformation initiatives.
- Drive adoption of Agile, Scrum, and OKRs methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.
- Develop templates, cadence models, and project governance frameworks.
Strategic Projects & GTM Enablement
Lead GTM workflow assessments and support the launch of new IT hardware products (e.g., Dell, Redington portfolios).Evaluate business models and internal operations to uncover efficiency, consolidation, and scalability opportunities.Identify common ERP, CRM, and BI tool requirements to drive tech enablement in GTM and commercial teams.Support execution of product lifecycle projects in partnership with BU and technology teams.Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting
Deliver high-quality business intelligence reporting and dashboards to senior leadership.Monitor KPIs, track adoption metrics, and ensure productivity gains align with business expectations.Build a culture of critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement.Business Excellence & Agile Practices
Champion business excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.Support training and implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 27001 standards.Act as a coach / mentor in implementing agile practices, including scrum rituals and sprints.Engage global stakeholders to align priorities, share best practices, and harmonize execution.Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience : 10–14 years in PMO, program management, or business transformationIndustry : Strong preference for IT hardware, technology distribution, or cloud platform businessesTools / Tech : ERP, CRM, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), MS Project, JIRA, ConfluenceMethodologies : Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, ISO standardsSoft Skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilitiesEducation : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP / PMI-ACP is a plusTravel : Occasional domestic / international travel requiredSkills Required
