Role : Senior Analyst - PMO

Experience Level : 3-6 Years

Location : Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities :

Perform resource planning and allocation based on project needs and employee capabilities.

Manage the internal talent pool and bench, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources.

Handle internal resource demand-supply management effectively.

Assign personnel to projects by evaluating their skills, past experience, availability, and project-specific requirements.

Create and deliver regular reports on :

Bench status

Utilization metrics

Allocation details

Roll-off projections

Drive and improve resource management processes and best practices.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resource management operations.

Plan and execute processes related to :

Demand forecasting

Campus recruitment and deployment

Employee engagement

Partner with business leaders to enable efficient and strategic resource allocation.

Required Skills :

Excellent communication skills - ability to interact with employees and senior stakeholders effectively.

Strong skills in Excel (preferably Google Sheets) for data tracking and reporting.

Basic understanding of resourcing and recruitment workflows.

Proven leadership qualities and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.

Strong business acumen and ability to draw insights from data.

Capable of relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.

Team player with a focus on learning, innovation, and delivering solutions.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Effective communication and networking skills.
