Job Description :

The SAP Service Management role is a critical position within our organization that is responsible for managing and optimizing our SAP software and systems. The individual in this role will be expected to oversee all aspects of our SAP services, including planning, implementation, and maintenance. They will work closely with various departments to ensure that our SAP systems are meeting business needs and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects :

• Implement and support SAP Service Management module including service orders, contracts, notifications, and warranties.
• Collaborate with other team members to integrate SAP Service Management with other SAP modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Service Management.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Service Management.
