Logicgo Infotech is looking for a Growth Manager who understands mobile apps deeply — someone who can increase user LTV , improve retention , scale ad monetization , and boost subscription revenue using data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute growth strategies for Android & iOS mobile apps
- Increase User LTV using subscriptions, offers, pricing, and ad monetization
- Optimize ads revenue (AdMob, FAN, bidding, waterfalls, placements)
- Analyze user patterns, behavior, retention, and churn to improve product experience
- Conduct A / B testing for onboarding, pricing, features, and ad placements
- Improve install → trial → paid conversion funnels
- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams
- Create user journeys, growth loops, and engagement strategies
- Monitor KPIs : CAC, LTV, ARPU, retention, crash rate, and subscription conversions
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong understanding of mobile app growth (Android / iOS)Experience in Ad Monetization (AdMob, FAN, bidding & waterfalls)Deep knowledge of subscriptions & pricing modelsAbility to read and interpret user analytics & behavior patternsExperience with Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer, Data dashboardsStrong analytical mindset & decision-making skillsKnowledge of ASO and user acquisition funnels (bonus)Nice to Have
