Role Description

• .This is a full-time hybrid role (Vesu / Work From Home, Surat) for a Digital Marketing Manager – Performance & Growth.

You’ll work directly with the founders to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google.

Your focus will be on scaling sales, improving ROAS, and driving measurable growth — not day-to-day social posting.

You’ll analyze performance data, test creatives, refine targeting, and collaborate with our content team to create high-impact campaigns that reflect Aachari’s bold, confident tone.

You’ll meet with the founders 2–3 times a week in Vesu (home or café) for reviews and strategy check-ins.
