Purchase Manager

Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring that materials are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively.

 Manage and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company quality, service, and pricing standards.

 Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Stores, and Cost Control) to meet the operational requirements of the organization.

 Negotiate and maintain contracts with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

 Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards (ISO 9001).

 Regularly monitor procurement costs, generate reports, and identify opportunities for cost-saving.

 Resolve supply issues by addressing vendor-related complaints and coordinating corrective actions.
