Job description

Documentation & Business Support Assistant is required for Mumbai. This is a dual-scope role requiring an organized professional who can manage both internal documentation and provide support for business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. A degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience : A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a documentation, administrative, or business support role.
  • Technical Proficiency : Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite , with a strong focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Core Competencies :

  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills , crucial for effective communication in both national and international business environments.
  • Strong research skills to find the right partners, market information, and other critical data from diverse online and offline sources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach for interacting with clients and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Core Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation : Create, format, and maintain a variety of documents, including technical notes, reports, and presentations.
  • Data Management : Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, basic analysis, and report generation.
  • Presentation Development : Design and produce high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external use.
  • Content Synthesis : Read and interpret technical documents to create accurate summaries, guides, and notes.
  • Quality Control : Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of all written materials to ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency.
  • Administrative Support : Provide general administrative assistance, including digital and physical file management.
  • Business Development Support :
  • Actively support both domestic and international business development activities and initiatives.
  • Willingness to undertake outstation travel for business development activities, client meetings, or industry events as required.
  • Assist in preparing client-facing documents and presentations.
