Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CRM domain / SaaS based products and will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs identifying solutions and ensuring successful implementation. This position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop detailed project plans (PI Planning), write technical user stories and timelines to guide the implementation of business solutions.
Responsible to validate user story completion in Sprint demo
Utilize tools to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business needs and improve performance.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders addressing any issues or risks that arise.
Ensure that all solutions comply with industry standards and best practices for security and data protection.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements as needed.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all business analysis activities and deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve business analysis practices.
Contribute to the companies purpose by driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions that benefit society.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.

Demonstrate proficiency in using Agile methodologies for developing and deploying SaaS products.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.

Show ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.

Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Be adaptable to changing business needs and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with working on C RM products and SaaS model products in retail domain

Experience with working in Agile methodologies (Sprint, Epic, user story )

Familiarity with third party API integrations

Familarity with SQL or other database technologies.

Awareness of performance or security testing concepts.
