Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team at Pradeep Infra. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills to interact effectively with customers over the phone.

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services.
• Handle inbound calls and provide information as required.
• Maintain call logs and update customer details in the system.
• Follow up with customers and generate leads.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
