1. Position : Program Manager – Skill Development & Livelihood

Area of Expertise : Management and Implementation of RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) and Skill Development Programs.

Educational Qualification and Experience : Post Graduate / Graduate in Social Sciences, Rural Development, or Management with minimum 4–5 years of experience in the Skill Development sector. Experience in planning, coordination, and successful implementation of RPL training programs is mandatory. Candidates having multi-state project experience will be preferred. Strong communication, mobilization experience, reporting, and coordination skills with proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Roles and Key Responsibilities

1.    Program Coordination & Implementation

• Plan, manage, and oversee RPL and skill development projects as per guidelines.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for approvals and implementation.
• Ensure effective execution of field operations and adherence to project timelines and standards.
