EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety)

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the single point of contact between the EH&S business function and IT.
• Manage EH&S-related IT projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Perform business analysis, translating EH&S business needs into IT requirements and solutions.
• Act as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms, ensuring stability, compliance, and usability.
• Oversee incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications.
• Collaborate with global process owners to ensure alignment of local needs with global standards.
• Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape.
• Monitor service performance and ensure SLA adherence.
• Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure EH&S applications meet regulatory requirements.
• Support change management and adoption of EH&S tools across business units.
