About the Role

This is a senior leadership opportunity to lead and expand India delivery operations, with direct accountability for delivery outcomes, people growth, and operational maturity. The Delivery Head will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, foster a culture of performance and innovation, and serve as a key partner to global executives in shaping India’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the India delivery center, ensuring alignment with global business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering and delivery organization in India.
• Partner with global stakeholders to ensure world-class delivery standards, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Drive innovation by encouraging adoption of new technologies and building intellectual property (IP) within the India team.
• Establish strong people development practices, nurturing emerging leaders and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance partners to support strategic decisions related
