Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter with 4–8 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles. A solid understanding of US staffing practices, tax terms, and ATS systems is essential, along with hands-on experience in handling W2 and C2C requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and hire IT professionals for various hiring models (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent).
- Work extensively with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate compensation, pay rates, and contract terms with consultants and vendors.
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand needs and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requirement data in ATS.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–8 years of US IT recruitment experience.Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).Proficiency in ATS and vendor management systems.Experience sourcing from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking platforms.Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
