Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainee / Engineer located in Kanchipuram. The Sales Trainee / Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, executing sales strategies, engaging with clients to address their needs, and delivering excellent customer service. The role will involve visiting clients, understanding their technical requirements, and proposing appropriate solutions. Additionally, the Sales Trainee / Engineer will assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Sales skills
• Technical Support and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in the hydraulics or related industry is a plus
