Job Responsibilities :

Affiliate Onboarding & Relationship Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners aligned with CPL campaign objectives.
Maintain strong, ongoing communication with affiliates to ensure performance, compliance, and engagement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and share feedback to optimize partnerships.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan, launch, and manage CPL campaigns across multiple affiliate networks and publishers.

Ensure correct implementation of tracking (S2S, Postback, UTM, etc.) and creative assets.

Monitor live campaigns to ensure leads are genuine, validated, and delivered as per client KPIs.

Coordinate with internal ad ops, client servicing, and finance teams for smooth execution.

3. Lead Quality & Validation

Analyze lead quality metrics (valid vs invalid, conversion %, rejection reasons).

Coordinate with clients or MMPs for feedback loops and apply corrective actions immediately.

Implement filters and compliance checks to minimize fraud and incentivized traffic issues.

4. Performance Optimization

Optimize affiliate mix to achieve best possible CPL and quality ratios.

Use data insights to scale high-performing publishers and pause underperformers.

Track daily delivery vs targets and ensure pacing aligns with campaign goals.

5. Revenue & Margin Management

Achieve monthly lead and revenue targets as per the defined business goals.

Maintain profitability by controlling payouts vs client billing (margin % target).

Identify new revenue opportunities through cross-sell and upsell of campaigns.

6. Reporting & Analytics

Share daily / weekly campaign performance reports with internal and client teams.

Maintain trackers for lead validation, traffic source, and ROI monitoring.

Use tools like CM360, Trackier, Affise, or HasOffers for transparent reporting.

7. Compliance & Policy Adherence

Ensure affiliates follow all campaign guidelines, creatives, and targeting instructions.

Prevent any kind of brand bidding, bot traffic, or policy violations.

Handle discrepancies and disputes related to lead quality or billing efficiently.

8. Innovation & Market Research

Stay updated on latest CPL trends, affiliate tools, and vertical opportunities (finance, edu, health, etc.).

Experiment with new publishers, media sources, and traffic models to enhance overall delivery.
