Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Team (TA) at ICE is looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our team and lead the hiring for the India Market. This position will utilise your previous experience in leadership and recruiting to directly lead a professional recruitment team and empower them to elevate results to the next level. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand resourcing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience. You will analyse both recruitment and business trends allowing you to make recommendations on local processes, building talent pipelines and sourcing prospects that result in finding and engaging top talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of recruiters and provide direction on strategies and methodologies
- Partner with hiring managers to define and prioritise resourcing requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers
- Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals
- Engage and build relationships with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects the company's values and employer brand
- Continually review recruitment processes, solutions and routes to market (direct, agency, via educational establishments) to ensure we are finding the best talent and recruiting in the most cost-effective way
- Continuously build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking, attending industry events, and building relationships with potential candidates and professional institutions
- Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Support tracking, analysis and reporting upon key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, and quality of hire
- Create sustainable relationships with local colleges and universities to attract future talent
- Ensure ATS information is up to date and aligned with regional regulations
Knowledge And Experience
Strong functional recruiting experience for Technology and proven leadership experienceIn-depth knowledge of the recruiting landscape with ability to produce external trends, market intelligence and industry insightsStrong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practicesEstablished experience in leading recruiting teams to ensure successful results for end-to-end recruiting activitiesFamiliar with various sourcing channels and recruitment toolsExperience in the Financial markets or fintech sector is preferableExcellent command of the English language with exceptional oral and written communication skillsPrevious experience with an ATS with the ability to generate meaningful data to support decision making.Personal Qualities
