Work Exp : min 1 years in insurance team handling exp required

Ctc : upto 6.5 LPA to 7 LPA

Location : Nashik- Bodhalenagar

Job role :

Handling 7 to 10 people and 2 Bank Branches team

Drive a culture of recognition to accelerate revenue generation in the channel.

Ensure operational effectiveness & control, workflow compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Ensure Talent attraction, retention & development & reduction in of cost of operations & manpower.

Drive a culture of recognition to motivate team members & accelerate revenue generation in the cluster.
