Purpose

The role will be responsible for ensuring an appropriate management of company's financial resources, optimizing return and following the guidelines defined by the Board of Directors.

Primary Functions And Responsibilities

• Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding.
• Support Cash Flow analysis, cash generation, and liquidity calculation.
• Manage inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and capital injections.
• Develop a strong relationship with banks, lenders, and JV partners and ensure financial contracts are up-to-date and all financial obligations are met
• Ensure compliance with weekly and monthly collateral reporting
• Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk.
• Support annual audits by providing information and responses to auditors.
• Should manage, maintain and administer banks and respond regular queries
• Gather, interpret, and prepare cash flow projections
• Ensure adherence to all FEMA and RBI regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to address banks queries and project cashflows
• Preparation of MIS for management
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Develop and monitor treasury operational policies.
• Play a crucial role in managing a relationship with Investor by organizing road shows, conference call.
