Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery across various initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines.
• Serve as the point of contact between project clients and team members.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial compliance.
• Support project managers in resource allocation and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to project management processes, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth project execution.
