Duties :
- Monitor, investigate, remediate data incidents to ensure they are resolved appropriately and within the specified SLA
- Conduct patient matching activities, utilizing tokenized data and patient journey analysis
- Communicate with manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Record issues and manage ongoing initiatives via JIRA and other ticketing tools
- Access, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL, MS Excel, and Python
- Assist in the development of process enhancements and streamlining of existing processes
- Collaborate effectively with the other Patient Stewards to maintain a healthy team environment and advance both short and long-term projects.
