We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Azure, DBT, Snowflake, DataStage, and Netezza to design, build, and optimize large-scale data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing ETL / ELT pipelines, implementing data modeling best practices, and ensuring data quality and governance across complex data environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL / ELT pipelines using DataStage, DBT, and Azure Data Services.
• Implement data integration solutions to ingest, transform, and load data into Snowflake and Netezza environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data engineering solutions.
• Optimize queries, workflows, and data models to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
• Implement data governance, data quality, and security standards across all pipelines.
• Migrate and modernize legacy data systems into cloud-based (Azure + Snowflake) solutions.
• Develop Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) and maintain technical documentation for data flows.
• Support production data pipelines by troubleshooting issues, ensuring SLA adherence, and maintaining system reliability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enable self-service analytics through curated datasets and semantic models.
