Kuehne + Nagel - Integrated Logistics Excellence Manager

What we would like you to bring :

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end logistics operations, supply chain management, or 4PL management.
• Proven experience in managing customer operations, service level agreements (SLAs), and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of 4PL operations, procurement, and supplier onboarding.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance monitoring skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
