Job descriptionPrepare accurate HVAC working drawings per project standards. Coordinate with civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting layouts. Resolve technical issues with site teams. Maintain ISO documentation and drawing logs. Support quantity take-offs and drawing approvals. Monitor productivity and assist in QA / QC processes. Identify additional work and inform the Project Manager. Strong HVAC design knowledge (chillers, AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, ventilation, smoke control). Familiarity with GCC codes and Civil Defence requirements. Proficient in HVAC calculations and software (e.g., HAP). Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks is a plus. Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Understanding of related MEP systems. B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. HVAC training certification preferred.

Design and prepare working drawings for HVAC systems in commercial and light industrial buildings.
