Job Description : Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & Building Services)

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of expertise in HVAC design and engineering, along with strong knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (PHE-FF) systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale national and international projects across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, review, and implementation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems for complex projects.
  • Oversee end-to-end design processes from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with international standards and local codes.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to develop integrated MEP solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to design teams.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and sustainability in all mechanical services.
  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and design documentation.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and support value engineering initiatives.

Projects Experience Includes :

  • Commercial complexes & Retail developments
  • Data Centres
  • Airports & Infrastructure projects
  • Residential & High-rise buildings

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 20+ years of design experience in HVAC and building services (Electrical, PHE, Firefighting).
  • Expertise in international codes & standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, ISHRAE, NBC, etc.).
  • Strong project management and client coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
