Designation : PR Executive

Location : Noida

Core Responsibilities :

  • To leverage relationships with traditional & digital media relevant to the industry for brand building, client reputation and outreach
  • To stay updated on recent industry & media trends
  • Development of written copy and media materials such as client briefings, press releases, media pitches and digital content
  • To disseminate, follow-up and ensure desired output on all traditional / social media activities, including media releases, press conferences, and exclusive interactions, mapping social media handles of the client, its spokespeople and news publications
  • To research, compile and analyze client media coverage
  • To assist the team in ideation, development and execution of PR Plans
  • To regularly connect internal teams and clients to ensure efficient and productive interactions
  • To maintain contact directory of clients and regularly update relevant media lists.

Leadership in Action :

  • Align internal teams and client stakeholders to shared goals through clear measurement plans and focused execution.
  • Represent the agency with clarity and confidence in all formats—written briefs, presentations, workshops, and informal discussions.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth through an entrepreneurial mindset and deep understanding of client businesses.
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure profitability and operational excellence.
  • Inspire teams by modeling a positive attitude and a commitment to problem-solving.

    • Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams—including client servicing, project management, and creative functions to deliver high-quality multimedia content, from capture to post-production.
  • Proficient in basic project scoping and financial management, including defining deliverables and interpreting burn reports.
  • Strong command of PowerPoint, with the ability to effectively pitch creative concepts, channel strategies, and performance results.
  • Foundation in client servicing, with a focus on building trusted relationships and ensuring consistent delivery excellence.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities paired with deep knowledge of digital media and an eye on emerging industry trends.

    • Qualifications :

  • Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication / PR / Journalism from a reputed institute
  • 2– 4 years of experience in a public relations agency setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for media and brand storytelling.
