Head – City Civil Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic infrastructure plans aligned with city planning and service integration.
• Manage detailed design and engineering of civil systems ensuring compliance with Indian and international standards.
• Review and coordinate design drawings, specifications, and technical reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate adoption of sustainable design practices and smart technologies in civil infrastructure.
• Conduct feasibility checks, risk assessments, and value engineering to optimize performance and cost.
• Coordinate with master planners, engineering disciplines, and PMC teams for integrated design delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities on technical and execution matters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and permitting requirements in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
• Monitor interoperability and technical compliance across city infrastructure systems.
• Provide regular updates to the Head – City Civil Infrastructure and Advisor – Infra on progress, risks, and resolutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with master's in urban Infrastructure / Planning with over 15 years of work experience, including more than 10 years of independently leading functions in mid / large-scale organisations, preferably at a national level, within the real estate and infrastructure sectors, focusing on urban infrastructure, city services integration, and smart city projects, with strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution skill
