Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to lead our counseling and calling operations for domestic admissions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in education sales, lead funnel management, CRM systems, and team leadership. The role demands a proactive approach in driving revenue, managing lead performance, and
ensuring high-quality engagement with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities :
o Lead, train, and manage a team of academic counselors and calling executives.
o Monitor daily productivity, individual KPIs, and overall team performance.
o Conduct regular huddles, reviews, and mentoring sessions.
o Supervise and optimize usage of CRM platforms (LeadSquared, Meritto, or similar) and Learning Management Systems.
o Ensure data accuracy, timely follow-ups, and lead status updates.
o Generate and analyze CRM reports to track and improve performance.
o Design, manage, and analyze lead funnels across channels.
o Conduct lead quality checks, drop-off analysis, and recommend improvements.
o Improve lead-to-conversion ratios through analytics-based interventions.
o Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to scale up lead sources.
o Support initiatives for new geographies or segment-specific outreach.
o Drive admissions revenue targets through proactive sales strategies.
o Ensure adherence to communication standards and counseling protocols.
o Conduct call audits and implement quality assurance measures.
o Create SOPs for improved team efficiency and engagement.
