Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced D365 Service Consultant who can work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service module. The candidate will be responsible for configuring and improving customer support processes such as case management, SLAs, queues, and service workflows. The role includes understanding business needs, implementing solutions, providing user training, and ensuring smooth functioning of the CRM service module.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and customize D365 Customer Service module features
• Set up case management, SLAs, queues, and knowledge base
• Create workflows and automate processes using Power Automate
• Work with business teams to gather requirements
• Provide support, user training, and documentation
