Senior Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer - NLP / LangChain

About The Client :

They are a leading digital validation platform provider for life sciences companies headquartered in Santa Clara, California, with their Engineering centres spread across India. They have an extensive suite of products that are used by 40 of the top 50 global pharmaceutical and biotech companies to achieve digital transformation, total compliance and manufacturing excellence / intelligence across their product lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Design, implement, and deploy Machine Learning solutions to solve complex problems and deliver real business value, i.e.. revenue, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

2. Collaborate with data product managers, software engineers and SMEs to identify AI / ML opportunities for improving process efficiency.

3. Develop production-grade ML models to enhance customer experience, content recommendation, content generation, and predictive analysis.

4. Monitor and improve model performance via data enhancement, feature engineering, experimentation and online / offline evaluation.

5. Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Mandatory Skillsets :

1. Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps (build, continuous integration, deployment tools) and best practices.

2. Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Go, Rust or other languages.

3. Experience with MLOps platforms, such as Kubeflow or MLFlow.

4. Experience with ML frameworks, such as scikit-learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch.

5. Experience with GenAI tools, such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, and open source Vector DBs.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelors in any Engineering Domain.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related field.
