What are the ongoing responsibilities of AI / ML Senior Engineer?

• Developing AI-powered tools : Design, implement, and maintain generative AI systems to support the needs of internal teams. Ensure these tools are scalable, reliable, and efficient for daily use.
• Conducting research : Regularly explore and analyze new AI trends and technologies to incorporate the latest advancements into our products. This includes reading research papers, attending conferences, and participating in industry forums.
• Proof-of-concept (PoC) work : Create PoCs to evaluate the feasibility and performance of different AI models. Use these PoCs to demonstrate the potential benefits to stakeholders and guide decision-making.
• Collaborating with teams : Work closely with sales, distribution, and operations teams to understand their needs and challenges. Tailor AI solutions to address specific pain points and improve overall efficiency.
• Data preprocessing and analysis : Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights. Use these insights to train and optimize AI models.
• Integration and deployment : Integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows. Ensure smooth deployment and monitor the performance of these models in a production environment.
